Pinterest came to Great Bowery Licensing brand Trunk Archive’s research team to support their annual “Pinterest Predicts” campaign for 2023.

The campaign leverages proprietary data from Pinterest to forecast what the biggest trends will be in the New Year, from “Airy Styles” to “Pool Pawties” to “Rainscapes”.

On receipt of a project brief from Pinterest, Trunk Archive’s research team compiled more than 20 custom galleries for Pinterest’s creative team to review featuring artwork by more than 200 of our exclusive artists fitting with each forecasted trend. The team then worked with Pitnerest to secure rights and clearance for work from Trunk Archive artists including Douglas Friedman, Sabine Valliard, Tory Rust, James Wojcik, Sam Kaplan, Esperanza Moya, and more.

The campaign was a huge hit upon launch, earning press coverage in WWD, Forbes, RealSimple, New York Post, Glossy, and more.
