M.A.P photographer Estelle Hanania shoots Emma Corrin for the ES Magazine September 2023 cover story. ​​

Twenty-seven-year-old Corrin, who shot to fame in 2020 when they landed the role of Princess Diana in The Crown, is featured wearing a gown by London-based designer Dilara Fındıkoğlu, which was adorned with a hundred-odd butter knives. ​

Hanania, whose work melds the real and the imaginary, collaborated with Streeters set designer Alice Kirkpatrick to transform the set into a double-take-prompting, surrealist haven. A giant, unblinking eyeball, a pair of pinking shears the size of a dinner table, glass fruit and a bow and arrow all feature in the editorial.​
