The book is a visual ode to every region of the country and a celebration of all the diverse peoples found within. Ethiopia is where Joey found his vision as a photographer, where he began his journey of documenting. The images in the book are the product of Joey’s 13 years spent photographing in the country. ​

​Joey’s images of Ethiopia display a deep authentic appreciation and love for the country.
